    Changes

    1.5.7 (security de-secret + ultrareview fixes following 1.5.6:
    (a) SECRET-1/SECRET-2: the nullmailer relay USER and PASS are
    no longer baked into the template. build writes placeholder
    sentinels NULLMAILER_USER / NULLMAILER_PASS into
    /etc/nullmailer/remotehost; real creds are injected at
    provision time (vonk-ansible #1, stalwart-deploy #31). The
