    Changes

    1.6.1 (Ubuntu 24.04 (Noble) ECS01 LXC target added following 1.6.0.
    Revision bump (new distro target; devuan/debian recipes
    unchanged). New target
    build_ubuntu2404_ecs01 is a systemd clone of the Debian 13
    path — reuses the ENTIRE systemd wiring (etckeeper finalise,
    ecs-firstboot.service, nullmailer-from.service, machine-id,
    console-getty override). Ubuntu-specific:
    (a) Suite noble; distro id ubuntu; VERSION_ID 24.04. Artifact
    base ubuntu-24.04-noble-ECS01_24.04-_amd64.
    (b) COMPONENTS main restricted universe multiverse (NOT Debian's
    contrib/non-free/non-free-firmware). universe is
    load-bearing — several ECS01 packages (iotop-c, byobu, …)
    live there and will not resolve without it.
    (c) KEYRING: ubuntu-keyring installed IN THE ROOTFS (debootstrap
    --include=ubuntu-keyring) AND the bootstrap authenticated
    with --keyring=/usr/share/keyrings/ubuntu-archive-keyring.gpg
    — else apt fails NO_PUBKEY on noble at build time AND on the
    deployed instance. preflight_devuan auto-installs
    ubuntu-keyring on the HOST when an Ubuntu target is queued
    (mirrors the devuan-keyring auto-install logic).
    (d) UBUNTU_MIRROR is env-overridable
    (default GUESSED http://ubuntu.envisagecloud.net.za/ubuntu —
    CONFIRM before a production build). noble/-updates/-security
    all wired to the same mirror host (Ubuntu layout, not the
    Debian split-security-host layout).
    VM builder (build-cloud-image.sh) gains the matching ubuntu
    target on the same day; test-devuan-template.sh detects
    ID=ubuntu as a systemd variant.
